Repositioning the peak body for the in-vitro diagnostics industry

IVD Australia is the peak body for manufacturers and suppliers to the pathology industry in Australia. IVD stands for In Vitro Diagnostics. Formed in the early 2000s, the group aims to promote the interests of member companies within the pathology sector, and with external influencers such as the Department of Health, NATA and Therapeutic Goods Administration. The organisation was not fulfilling its potential as there was poor understanding of the role of the organisation and the benefit it could offer to stakeholders.

Beautiful Design

London Agency rebranded the organisation via a large consultation phase with key stakeholders including the Department of Health to identify central value propositions and proof points. This was followed by creative development of a variety of naming options, tones and visual executions that were then rigorously tested.
