London Agency:
what’s in a name?

London is a hub of creativity. We wanted our agency to reflect this, and by pure coincidence there happens to be a few Brits in the mix. Just like the city, London Agency is a lively place to be.

Our approach delivers results

  • Simple, clear messages
  • Trust and transparency
  • Understanding you
  • Trends and research
  • Breaking tradition
  • Following best practice

Meet our team

Through our work, we aim to make a difference in people’s lives and healthcare journeys. We act as your partner, one that is not only knowledgeable and effective but is also as committed to healthcare as you are.

John Emmerson

Director

With 20 years’ experience of working in a communications agency environment in the UK and Australia, John has delivered impactful digital and traditional campaigns for healthcare clients in the
public and private sector. The London Agency founded the agency, based on the recognition that many problems in the health system are based on communications challenges.

Often the difference between access to a diagnosis, a treatment or a therapy, comes down, not to a lack of intention, but a lack of attention. Hence John and his team believe it is our duty to make the complex compelling. Which is why the London Agency team use evidence-based storytelling to explain the life-changing benefits that medical technology provides to patients, physicians and policymakers. We believe that bold communications empower healthcare.
