This morning, the Albanese Government announced the timing for Budget Week 2025 and gave an insight into the likely dates for the 2025 Election.
The Proposed Parliamentary sitting calendar confirmes Budget Week will occur from Tuesday, 25 March to Thursday, 27 March.
The move also more than likely locks in an early May Election, with campaigning through April at the expense of two sitting weeks for the House of Representatives, and skipping Senate Estimates.
